crash out error log

i keep crashing out. playing multipler with two friends. i compiled and sent over the mods. they both work fine. i dont know im disconnected until several minutes after it's happened and theres no consistency. its like after a bit the thing just glitches out repeating the same error.

ive verified installation, cleared cache turned off steam overlay and made sure im not in beta. nit sure what the next step is and cant find the error when searching it specifically .

any and all help will be greatly appreciated

update: tried making a single player game and the game greys out and doesn't load
