I figured out the bug, which was a mod that upgrades the cabin broke (it turns into a well). I think a way to fix this might be to remove the afflicted cabin, but I don't know to do this.
I have tried fixing it by editing the save file,( in section 2993 where it have started referring to a well) both by removing the section it and by changing it to reflect the previous save , but the problem persists.
I do have a previous save i can play on from, so this is not a total disaster, but i still represents around 6 hours of play time (because i pause my game when i design my farm, and I was so happy with what I made) that i would really love not having do redo, so if anyone is able to help i would be extremely grateful :)
