Exactly as the title says. I cannot place a wallpaper or a floor in a hallway in the farmhouse and its killing me, CA if you see this then please please please fix asap, i can't go on like this

To change the hallway wallpaper, you need to stand roughly where my character is in the screenshot. For the floor, you stand a little below that. This works for me, hope it works for you!
