Hm, the first probably Sandy and Clint becoming marriage candidates.

The second probably a new map to explore, there are three already, main Map, Calico Desert and Ginger Island. Or, maybe one of the three-head-families in town get extended by a long lost relative... Or, the three stages of your in-game-kids are extended, so they can grow up a bit more...

No clue about the mermaid's fruit... what should that be???

The mermaid fruit might be a reference to the mermaid pendant, which gatekeeps marriage. So, the children could be said to be the fruit thereof. (no babies had or adopted with Krobus as roommate)

Maybe that the children will be able to leave the house.

This is what I was also thinking too. Now I am also wondering if the two paths are also referring to the Community Center/Joja routes and the mermaid fruit refers to Clint and Sandy?

I had the same thought. I dunno about the rest, but I like all the theories here.

They already have 4 stages... Bundle, Standing-in-crib, Crawling, and Toddler.

I think new area is more likely, or that there's a fourth farmhouse upgrade.

This sounds likely, considering he's already revealed that Clint and Sandy will become marriage candidates. It would be interesting to have the routes extend beyond the completion of the community center (unless there's an additional scroll/community development cost gatekeeping a new map)

If I'm not mistaken it was posted on the official STV discord. But I just learned about it from a video from Salamence.

The mermaid's fruit will go free - maybe the children grow up and leave home. Three will become 4 - there are 3 paths out of the farm so maybe there will be another one. And 2 paths will be extended, perhaps one where the flower dance is and maybe the one over where you get the trash book.

I think there will be a new area to travel to (we have 3: town, island and desert).

The paths to be extended could be the bus tunnel, the train tunnel, the path to the Perfection Overlook, or the bridge to the Flower Dance. Personally would love to have the train GO somewhere. ...But also could be additional advancements on Perfection and Mastery!

The mermaid one is the toughest one it's so weird. I like the ideas here of children. Maybe they won't be trapped in your house and can go to school with Penny and the other kids!
