Xbox Community Center Bulletin Board & Craft Room Glitch

I only have one more bundle left in the community center, the bulletin board. When looking through my inventory I clicked on the community center to check something and saw that it said I had the craft room left to complete, not the bulletin board. When I physically went into the community center the bulletin board didn't even have the option to put anything in the bundle, like the box to click on is completely gone. I play on Xbox and don't have any technical know-how so I sent an email but I have a feeling it's going to take a while to get a response. I only have one item left to finish the entire community center. Please help!

What does the craft room look like when you go into the community center? Is it still completed?

can you still see the bulletin board scroll but not interact or is it gone?

Hi! Yes, when I go into the community center all the rooms I have completed (including the craft room) are still fixed and new. The bulletin board looks like the top one in this image I attached. I cannot click on it or see the bundle. The star is still missing from the plaque above the mantle.
