Collecting waste to have a nicer nature

Hey.
Always when I see the nature around me, I am sad, not being able to collect all that waste and dirt.
Linus has nice ideas by fishing waste out of the water, but isn't there more that can be done?
Could it be possible to collect that dirt along the sewer, to recycle it?
Just craft a small ladder to get there and then we can clean up the mess day by day, maybe get some mats back?

There is a way to clean it up already, though it involves less realistic work and more magical story stuff.
