Windows Collected Items Not Showing Up

• I'm trying to reach Perfection, but some items I swear I've collected (E.g., the clam thats in my inventory rn) aren't showing up in collections.
• Version 1.6.15 build 24356
• Save File: "C:\Users\hcmar\AppData\Roaming\StardewValley\Saves
• OS & Device: Windows 11 PC
• In-game language: English
• Single-player
• Using keyboard/mouse

Picking them up from the beach doesn't add clams to the collections tab; you need to fish them with a crab pot placed at the beach.
