Mac Co-Op Invite Friend... button not working

Hi everyone, I'm trying to invite my friends to play Stardew Valley on the co-op mode but my Invite Friend button is not working. I have re-started the games many times, also uninstalled and installed Steam and Stardew Valley and still doesn't work. I can use the invite code but I want to get the Invite Friend button fixed please. Has this happened to anyone before?

Hi! This has happened to me,

On your desktop click files icon.

inside of the files, look for the search button and type in; steamapps

This might take a little bit to open, after it does it’s search you should see a file called steam apps. Open it

Look through the files inside of the steam app file.

You should see all your steam games. Look for stardew valley file and open it

Look for a file with it called Stardew valley
The icon should be of the chicken

Open that one and it should work.

If that doesn’t help dont be afraid to ask
