Unlikely. The coding is tricky, especially if you want them to develop distinct and different personalities based on your farmer, and not be the same kids each time. (And apparently you're on a console so no modding, either.)

Meantime, since Jas and Vincent don't age, it would also feel strange if your kids DID.

Yeah it would require a large overhaul to basically all characters and bring in a lot of weird aspects to the game. Allowing characters to age would probably be a gateway for certain characters to die and that doesn’t work especially well for a game like stardew which sort of works around the idea of “take anything and everything at your own pace”
