Mac Change Res?

Hello, I am playing SV on my Mac. I have a screen resolution of 1680 x 1050, as shown below, but my game runs at a much higher resolution and I can't seem to go into fullscreen mode! Any fixes? This is quite annoying as the higher res causes lag spikes!

What happens if you temporarily select Windowed Borderless and then back to Full Screen? Does that make the Resolution menu available to you?
