PlayStation Cave levels freezing

In multiplayer every couple of levels the caves glitch and freeze. The monsters don't move and can't collect any items. I have lost out on a number of prismatic shards and lots of other items.

I have the same problem on PS4.

Ps4. Same issue playing local split screen. It freezes the monsters in place. Leaves swipe trails of weapons. Monsters can be killed but not by the player that starts the fight, and often no one can collect loot on the level.
Idk if it's related, but on levels where it things work, it seems processing speeds up and drops are sucked in super fast.

I have also been experiencing this issue when I play split screen with my husband on our PS5.

This has been an issue I have had since the new update on PlayStation. Makes co op unplayable unfortunatelyz
