Android Can't retrieve hoe from lost and found

I was holding my hoe when something else came into inventory and my hoe disappeared. Went to the mayor's lost box and it's there. Click on it to get it out and it disappears from the lost box. But it's not in my inventory and I look back in the lost box and it's there. This keeps going in circles. Cannot retrieve my hoe. Android 1.6

I have the same issue, My hoe went missing after I teleported with the scepter, I've checked everything, chest, fridge, auto grabber, and the lost and found. It's in the lost and found, but it won't go back into inventory even after it disappears from the lost box and I also cannot get my hoe back. Android 1.6.

The same thing has happened to me but with the axe. I've tried changing my name, restarting tablet and nothing helps.
