Can't open inventory

(UPDATE: I figured it out!! I think it was my treehouse mod!! All good!)
I was just playing normally and then woke up on day 14 and couldn't open my inventory. Everytime i went to open it it would freeze (clicking E or Esc) I tried searching on the forums and tried to go to my SaveBackups file but I didn't have that folder. I do play with mods. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Usually, my first step when troubleshooting with mods is to check out if I have installed a new mod when the problems started. Did you update any mod or added a new one?
Does smapi gives you any error messages? You can check your log parser here.

I just deleted all my mods the reinstalled them and nothing fixed, and smapi doesnt show and error messages
