Solved Cant interact with truck driver

Hey, my partner is unable to interact with the truck driver next to the movie theatre. she has all the notes, a rabbit foot and we have even followed the directions of the note. We vaguely remember us both obtaining the rabbits foot before the 1.6 update. We both also remember seeing the special charm in our inventory prior to 1.6.

I have gone into the save file to check if she has it and it says yes but on a post before this one i was told that line of code didn't mean anything (code will be attached). We have also tried verifying her steam files and both of us reinstalled the game and nothing happened.

also we play on windows pc but she was first on macOS and it stop showing up after the update.

Hey, sorry for not responding to your previous post. Here is a repaired version of your current save file; somehow, it does say that she has completed Secret Note #20, but she's missing the special charm. I've added the proper mail flag for it, so she should now have the item if you use this version of the save.
