PlayStation Cant delete saved games PS4

After this new update (on 1.62), apart from the screen size issue on multiplayer. I cant delete saved games. i go click on the delete button and the save file goes away but then when i back out and go into load again. the deleted file is back. it wont stay deleted. I've only tried with the one file i want to get rid of and it is a co op (i play split screen) game. i don't want to make a single player game and test it because i don't want my save files list to keep growing.

I am experiencing this exact same issue on ps4. I will often make a save game just to see what a new farm would look like or something like that, but I cant delete it now I no longer need it. When I press the delete button it disappears bit reappears once I go out of the load menu. Hope this gets fixed because I hate having too many save files.

Same issue for me on PS5. Have deleted the save file 5+ times but it still reappears every time I start the game.

I have the same problem made an account with my brother and now want to delete it because I don't like him— I was told you have to go to PlayStation storage—hope this helps!
