Solved can't break any rocks/logs or grass on my farm 1.6

So i was trying too fix my mods after the update but everytime i started the game i just couldn't break anything, so i was trying to find out which mod is bugged, but i found out that its not the mods and its there even if i just start the game from steam, if anyone ran into the same thing please let me know if you know how to fix it, thank you. Ps: I can dig outside of my farm and i can interact with everything its purely just the grass/rocks and logs on my farm.

update: im pretty sure i fixed it i just opened one of my old saves and its working so ig the save ive had the problem on was bugged
