Maybe it could be a mashup between farms or you could create your own farm,I know that is very unrealistic but yeah it would be cool

Fish. Farm. No space for farming, but you get a fiberglass rod right off the bat. Greenhouse unlocked because with no farming space you can't have crops which means you can't finish pantry in community center.

We already have Riverlands farm and fish smoker as a really big value. No farming spots and greenhouse unlocked would be somewhat easy mode and alter CC.
IMHO, this is one of the best micro farms - https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/28865 - you have the area to build what's needed for CC, but it's also not forcing you with a tile-matched area for a barn and coop; it still gives freedom.

A prairie/plains farm perhaps? No trees can be grown (except in the greenhouse, obvs) but provides bonuses for crops such as corn or wheat. Also has more stony areas like in the mini quarry in four corners farm.

if the Riverlands Farm got a free fish smoker, i wonder if the Hilltop farm will get a free furnace? Or the Wilderness Farm starts you with a proper weapon?
Or if another farm will get a free unit of whatever new crafting/processing item might come in the update.
That's another thing to think about, which "old" farms might get a whole new "meta" around them due to other update factors.

Maybe there could be a farm that looks like an underwater temple from a fairy tale, or a peaceful paradise where lots of animals live!
Or maybe a fishing-themed farm where anglers gather to try to catch legendary fish!
The Traveling Merchant sells portraits, so I wonder if there might be a photography studio somewhere in the valley. Maybe one of the farms could even have one!
