I think everyone know s the bus. And i have to fix to go somewhere with the bus?
And how can i fix the bus?
I need help with that

If you're doing the community center (the abandoned building near the fountain in the town), the bus is restored when you pay for all the bundles in the vault, the room in the upper right corner. If you can't do anything there, you need to complete other bundles by donating items to unlock it. It does cost a lot of money though.
