- I have obtained a number of books some from the bookseller and some from golden mystery boxes and from doing other things in the game. When I read the books I would receive a message "You learned something new about ..." and the book would appear in the purple star tab. Then one day I obtained the fishing book, it displayed the usual message, but when I checked the star tab, it was not there. Later I went to the book seller and saw the fish book. Though I had gotten it before, the white thumbs up was not beside the book, so I bought it and read it and again got the message, but it still did not appear in my purple star tab. I have since noticed the same thing happen with the mining book, a book with a tree on it, and others. Here are the books that do stay in my purple star tab:
