Windows [BUG] [v1.6.15] Muted music turns back on after returning to the title screen

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Start game with music already muted.

  2. Open "New/Load/Co-op" menu.
  3. Go back to the title screen .
  4. Even though it should be muted (mute button also shows that music is disabled), you can hear the music now (in other menus as well). Clicking "mute music" button at this point (switching to "unmute") mutes it.

Game version: 1.6.15 build 24356 (Steam)
