PC [BUG] Ultra wide issue - split screen

I have a 49" ultrawide monitor (resolution 5120x1440) and the game crashes when I try to do local split screen co-op. If I lower my resolution too 3840x1080 the split-screen works. Also if I play single player at the higher resolution it works.

Not sure if the game is supposed to support the higher resolution or not.
