PC [BUG] trees doesnt drop seeds

Hey guys
I came across a bug when I went to create a new save, I gained level 1-2 of foraging and NONE tree drops seeds, and when I try to break a seed on the ground, it ends up not dropping.

That is odd, are you playing with any mods?

I have run into this issue too. I also ran into something else. At the end of day 2, I leveled up to forage level 1. However, Other than the first tree I shook dropping a seed, no other trees dropped any. I went to sleep, and the game once again said I had leveled up, but once again to level 1 foraging. start day 4, no seeds. To clarify, I have no mods running (I have never played Stardew Velly with mods).

I have more information now. During the time when the leveling up didnt allow for seeds, I was exiting the level up window by pressing 'E' (my inventory key). This time, I clicked 'ok' instead, and it worked fine.
