PC [BUG] Training rod

Using the training rod breaks the character model when I'm using it, but fixes itself when I stop using it.

This only happens for you with the training rod, but not the other fishing rods? When does the issue happen (on casting, on reeling in, etc.)?

This is one of those bugs that's been in the game since 1.0 and we've never been able to figure it out...
