Switch [BUG] Town Shortcuts doesn't appear in robins shop

Help! I thought that after buying the community upgrade and one shortcut - more shortcuts will be unlocked...

But it doesn't appear as an option in robins shop.... i

There is only 1 you buy them all together

I believe there is one from back woods to Tunnel entrance. There is also one from Leah's cabin to the beach. As @SurprisedPikachuBob3 said you only have to buy it once.
