Switch (Bug) Stuck in community center menu [switch]

When I was in the mines, I opened up the golden scroll in my inventory and just because I was curious, tried to move an item into the community center menu. However, a stone went into my inventory and now I’m soft locked in the menu because I have no way to drop the item, nor go back to my regular menu. I currently just have my switch locked, so I’m hoping that maybe I can get a solution. I tried pressing every button I could, but it wouldn’t let me leave the menu. I hope this is enough information

Hi I have this exact issue right now on switch. I went into the mines for the first time and picked up a rock or something with a full inventory. Then I went into the community centre page to try and drop something off there and now I’m stuck on this page
