Windows [BUG] Spoiler! Sam's 14 Heart Event

I just did my 14 heart cut scene with Sam which gives you his Boombox afterwards. I had to restart the day because my music was turned off in settings and I thought I was missing out on him playing his guitar (turns out it doesn't actually play anything) but after restarting the day and doing the cut scene again I no longer received his boom box. I looked on the forum and only one other person mentioned this.
-I don't want to spawn it in (assuming that's something you can do?) since I'm going for all the achievements and in most games when you cheat, achievements are disabled in that world (I play on Steam).
Edit: Looked it up on YouTube, apparently he does play music in the event, but that broke too when I restarted the day.

Have you played since?

Otherwise, you might skip back a day. If you open the folder with the save files, there is one that is ending in "_old". Cut the other file and save it to a secure location as back up, then rename the file to delete the _old.

Heart events and cut scenes seem to get a bit wonky if you restart them.
