It is probably best to just report stuff like this (I did too). I flagged (edit: that user's now removed) post earlier but didn’t reply so as not to keep it on the first page. Looks to be a spam account (or easily guessed password coopted for spam) with an unfortunate, inappropriate subject. Why people choose to do this kind of thing on a 13+ forum is beyond me, especially out of some misguided attempt to falsely and temporarily boost Google search engine rankings with bogus referral links that will ultimately be invalidated anyway, so redundant on top of inappropriate. It is typical though for them to test with one or more legit posts then to try to bury their inappropriate links all over the place afterwards, hoping some slip through the cracks and remain for the ranking boost. The forum mods will see the report(s) soon and remove it. Quotes will also get removed, and probably that user will be banned according to forum rules (please moderators feel free to remove this one too when you remove those, thanks).
I checked that user's activity to make sure nothing else needed flagging, as of now it is just the one post.

One way to handle this without having to add code for adopted vs biological children (unless it already exists) would be to change the dialogue to something like “You know, I think (child name)’s nose looks like yours”, which could mean either that the kid inherited the nose shape from the farmer, or that Leah is remarking that wow, the kid has a nose kind of like the farmer despite being adopted and it’s an interesting coincidence. Just a thought!
