I was messing around in the skull cavern (winter 17 year 2 if it matters). I grabbed some crystal fruit to eat but accidentally went down the staircase. I got to the next level and tried to eat but the game kept telling me I couldn’t place my item there- like I was trying to put a staircase on brick. I couldn’t eat or drink anything, so I reset the day. I’m going to assume that fixed the problem. I’ll let you know if I’m wrong.
