PC [BUG] Shrine of challenge bug

Playing on PC no mods are being used.

I'm playing a multiplayer game with a few friends and we unlocked the mines hardmode. The only issue is we can't change it back to normal mode; Going to the shrine of challenge give us the text that it was "sealed" and that the mines will be normal the next day.

When we do go down though everything is still on hardmode and no matter how many times we toggle the shrine the monsters are still the same.

I have opened the farm solo (using "load" instead of "co-op") and toggled the shrine on and off but it didn't do anything.

Has anyone seen this issue or know of a fix?

Yes, same issue here. Also got reported a few times already.

I'm experiencing this as well. Hopefully it gets fixed soon because it makes a lot of quests impossible to complete.

I too have this exact same bug in our multiplayer game. We don't use any mods and started a new farm after the last update.

My friends and I are having this same issue. Has anyone heard anything?

We are waiting to get the quest again to see if that resets the mines.
