PC [BUG] Shadow Tile Glitch

I know this is low-priority, but.

It appears that any of the tiles that have shadows on them can't allow tiles placed on them.

I imagine my OCD makes this a bigger issue than it is, it's just weird to see.

Everywhere, really. Look where I don't have any grass after three seasons.
