Hello,
I'm currently playing the 1.5.1 update on PC and started a new game on the beach farm. I do not believe this issue is exclusive to 1.5 due to seeing posts on other sites from earlier this year, however, I wanted to share in hopes of a fix at some point. On one night I leveled up three skills, fishing, mining, and farming. However, even after waiting a few days, the scarecrow recipe is still not available to craft and it is not showing up shaded (not having necessary materials) or otherwise. Although interestingly, cherry bomb showed up for the level one mining level. I've double-checked to ensure the level was gained and that I'm not just overlooking it. I'm curious to see if any others have experienced similar problems or have found a workaround, I currently plan to just purchase rarecrows.
