Solved Bug Placing Items on Cleared Beach Farm! [Xbox]

I started a new file on a beach farm, and I knew I couldn’t place sprinklers on my farm until all hardwood logs were cleared on the only dirt patch on the farm. But I can’t place items anywhere on the map except inside my house, even crab pots aren’t working in town! Weirdly enough I can place machines on my farm still. But now that everything is cleared, I still can’t place sprinklers, crab pots, even a trash catalogue down. Anyone experiencing this bug?

You can’t place sprinklers on the beach farm, that is by design. There is only one area of dirt where they can be placed, but in the sand they don’t work.
You should be able to place crab pots though.

Sorry, I didn’t read your first post correctly. Do you have some screenshots of your farm?

No problem thanks for helping me troubleshoot turned out it was because I had item stowing on! What does that toggle even do beside being annoying?
