PC [BUG] Order of items in inventory changed while reloading game

[sepochi]

I accidentally closed the game in the evening of 8 Spring, Year 7. I restarted the game and noticed in the morning of 8 Spring, Year 7, that the items in my inventory rearranged themselves.
It must have happened at some point between restarting the game and 8 am of the same day in-game.
Everything that was in the top row is now in the bottom row.
Everything that was in the middle row is now in the top row.
Everything that was in the bottom row is now in the middle row.
I'm on version 1.5.4. I start it through the Steam client for Ubuntu 20.10.
I couldn't reproduce the bug when I played the same day a third and fourth time.

I'm not sure if it's the same key on Ubuntu, but that is what happens when you hit tab on PC. You can quickly switch through your inventory rows that way.
