Hi,
As per title and to expand:
If you hit 40 items before the patch and you lost the rarecrows, you can no longer purchase them
The knock on affect this has is you cannot complete the set to then get the plans for the Deluxe Scarecrow
This also Locks you out of obtaining the Master Crafter Achievements/Trophies
