PlayStation [BUG] Museum item missing after donating.

I donated the Bone flute the last time I played (about 3 days ago) and completed the museum collection. I got the trophy and everything. Now it's registering as not there and missing from both the museum and my collection. It took me ages to find the bone flute, and I reeeeally don't wanna have to try and find it again. Any help?

PS4, no mods, single player, English.

Yea, I still have the trophy and I still have the energy increase which is why I'm confused as to why the item is missing

I'm pretty sure I got the flute through an artifact trove in skull cavern. He just says I don't have anything to donate. I haven't been able to find another flute yet today. It took me to year 4 to get my first one
