PC [BUG] Multiplayer: Coal in mine cart refreshes for all except host

I have been playing on multiplayer (latest patch) and my friend can always go to floor 18 (or any other floor with mine cart) and search the coal cart and he will get coal everyday. I am not able to get coal everyday. In the early game it is extremely easy to get coal by visiting these mine carts each day for them.
Other info:
- 4 cabins
- 3 people playing

I have the same issue, just playing with one other person, none of the bags or wagons ever respawn coal for me

I think this is something that happens when you play multiplayer on switch too. I'm assuming it's like this for everyone.
