iOS [BUG] Missing gathering quests

On iOS there is only one type of gathering quest that gets posted on bulletin board: collect a number of copper ore for Clint. From what I found on wiki there should also be requests for iron ore, gold ore, and coal. In addition, two requests from Robin: for wood or stone. None of those ever get posted on the bulletin board. Not sure if it’s a bug or by design but reporting this just in case.

It might just be something with mobile because I play on a Chromebook (Android) and I’ve never seen Robin give any gathering quests, or Clint tell me to gather coal. I don’t use any mods. Perhaps the wiki is outdated?

I’ve seen people on Reddit mentioning completing those quests, they do exist on other platforms.

The iOS and Android versions of Stardew do have less in common under the hood with the PC and console versions, so you do definitely see bugs that are only on mobile.

on PC linux / gog, I have never gotten a request from Clint for anything except copper ore

On PC, I agree most of Clint's quests are for copper. I have gotten other ones, but I'd say at least 80% of the time he wants to see copper ore.
