I finally decided to upgrade my big coop to a deluxe coop. In it, I had an auto grabber and a single chest. Up until the morning of the finished upgrade, the auto grabber continued to do it's job. Then, walking in on the morning the upgrade was completed, my auto grabber and everything it had in it up until now, was gone. The chest though was still there.
I've not found much else on this kind of bug so far, but I'd like to hear if anyone else has had a similar issue to mine.
