PC [BUG] minus energy

I was fishing on low energy (8) and threw a max line making my energy go down to 0 then the game started bugging out and i went to go to bed to make my energy become restored but it didn't let me so I decided to experiment and I broke some logs and stone etc. The game started going crazy and my energy was in the -

no, i use normal stardew as ive never got mods to work and i just run it from steam!
