Switch [BUG] mines stuck on hard mode

If you go too the bottom of the mines there should be a shrine allowing you to change it back to normal

Have tried that numerous times and nothing happens.

Correction...it is impossible if you still need monsters that only spawn in the regular mines...

Is there a fix for this yet? I just stumbled across this bug and I need to get rid of it!

I've just encountered this bug on our multiplayer game, even tried loading up in single player instead of multi player to fix it but no luck. Really frustrating as it's messed us up in yr4 of our first play through as a family hopefully switch will get an update soon!
