Windows Bug loot drops

I was in the mines of my single player world, year one, and I swipe at a bug and it drops... a "Walnut End Table" double checking the wiki the bug definitely does NOT drop this item. And as far as I am aware this is a bug and not some quirky easter egg.
Ill edit this when I end my day with the version number

Almost any Tool action that produces item drops like:

Chopping Trees
Scything Moss/Weeds
Harvesting Crops
Killing Monsters
Pickaxeing Stones/Ores/Nodes
Tilling Soil
Hoeing Artifact Spots

Not sure if shaking a Tree (clicking on it) to dislodge a Seed will do this as it's an item drop. I feel like I may have gotten something from Coconut Trees as that is very much a favorite pastime of mine. You don't get a gross of Golden Coconuts without a lotta swaying Coconut Palms. Also not sure whether picking up Forage also works as it's not an item drop, same as Scything Grass.
