My partner and I played through our first co-op season yesterday and it was fantastic!
We are both on 1.5.4. As the title says, we're able to get co-op working without issue. However, neither of us seem to be able to host a split-screen co-op game.
We've tried the below both hosting a brand new game started from the split screen menu and an existing co-op game.
Start game and navigate to co-op.
Select split screen.
On host machine, start either a saved game or an existing game.
On the host, navigate to Options and click "start local co-op" button.
On other Switch, navigate to split screen join menu if not already there.
At this point we try hitting refresh several times and waiting, but the host never appears as an option to join. If we do the same sequence for normal co-op, either before or after trying split screen, it works as expected.
Any thoughts? Happy to try anything or provide additional details.
