PC [BUG] Local Co-op Text Cutoff

When interacting with NPCs, the left side of their text boxes is slightly cut off for both first and second player, causing some letters to not be shown on the screen.

Seems to be a problem many are having with the new UI not scaling properly. I posted in this thread: https://forums.stardewvalley.net/th...sue-can-not-get-through-level-up-screen.3466/

I'm pretty sure it's the same solution.
