Switch [BUG] Island Survey bug

Hi guys, I am slaving away at the Golden walnuts and have come across an issue... I answered the flowers survey incorrectly, and then the next day answered the starfish survey correctly. Now I am unable to answer the survey again for the flowers? Whenever I try to interact with the tile nothing happens... Has anyone else seen this?

I'm not stuck on 129/130, I just wanted to nip this in the bud :)
