PC [BUG] Island Sounds keep playing on Farm on rainy days

On days where it rains in Stardew Valley but not on Ginger Island: when I teleport from Ginger Island via the Farm Totem back to the Stardew Valley Farm, the Ginger Island sounds and music (like the parrots) keep playing after the teleportation, so they play while I am on the Stardew Valley Farm. This happend to me multiple times in spring. The music fixes itself as soon as I enter a new location or enter a building.
