Xbox [BUG] Introductions Bug

So with the new update I decided to restart my farm to use the new beach farm, unfortunately I've ran into a bug with the first quest "Introductions" where it says I've met 27/28 yet I've met everyone in the valley (im even married ) anything I can do to resolve this? (I've attached images of the quest and the bottom of the social tabs where people you haven't met would be, nobody is there)

You can make sure you talk to all the people outside of their job. If you just talk to Gus or Pierre over the counter, it won't count.

Yeah, I've done all that and it still says 27/28.
