PC [BUG] Give the Wriggling Worm to Willy

I have seen people reporting issues with giving Willy the worm as a gift that I received from the wizard, but specifying that it is not an issue as long as you are in English. I am still experiencing this issue with English as my set language. He says his dialog but does not take the worm or give the pirate necklace.
