The correct german translation of "Rice Shoot" would be "Reisspross".
"Reis Sprießen" is blatantly wrong in all due respect. Not only is "Sprießen" a verb where a noun would be expected, but compound words are usually not written with a space inbetween. A hyphen would be possible but normally you just put the words together without anything between.
