[BUG] festivals removing used totems

Ok, when there is a festival on the beach and other places you can use totems to the totem will be used and then it will say "Today's festival is being set up come back later" it just deletes the totem, I Think that it should give it back to the player and even say "Can't use this Totem there is a festival in that area" Thanks hope this helps!

I had not noticed that, as I had never tried using a Warp Totem to get to a Festival. That would be frustrating, so it would be nice for it to prevent you wasting the Warp Totem, yes. I'm behind this suggestion 100%.
