PC [BUG] Don't understand why the game crashes

Hi,

So I'm very new to mods and Stardew Valley. I'm not using the game through steam. Everytime I try to launch StardewModdingAPI.exe, this the error that I get. Can someone please help or explain why this is happening?

Note: I have all the latest versions of the mods and SMAPI and saw that the mods are compatible.
